Hi, I’m Corbin Richardson, and welcome to my site where I show off what I've done and what I'm currently doing.
I’m a 1st Class Computer Science MEng Graduate from Leeds Beckett University.
I can develop for desktop, mobile (using Mutli-Platform Frameworks), web design, and game development/design, whilst 3D
modelling as a hobby.
Regarding software development, I am proficient in Python, C#, Java, and Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). But, I’m
always wanting to learn more!
When it comes to game dev/design, I use both Unreal Engine and Unity. Unreal Engine is mainly used for personal projects and to show
off some 3D models. I use Unity for nearly all game jams I participate in.
When it comes to modelling there are many different aspects. To model I use Blender, for texturing, I use Adobe’s Substance Suite (Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Substance
Sampler) and Krita.

A piece of software that converts voice to text in a visual output, as an aid to individuals who are hard of hearing. The plan is to deliver this via a piece of hardware in the form of glasses with a heads up display.
Mobile and Web App to help users find what games are available on what platforms, subscription services, and their prices all in one place. Developed using Native.
A Python 3 program using selenium to extract game information (Name, Price, Description and Image) from both the Xbox and PlayStation Store.
Want to try out any of the games I’ve made? Chances are they will be on my Itch.io page. Click the button below to be directed to my custom Itch.io page!
Dice. Maths. Rolling. What more could you want? Here is a casual game where you have to equal a randomly chosen number using the sum of a dice roll. Created using Unity and C# for Android and iOS devices.
A casual, or as casual as it can get, shopping experience on the Meta Quest. Pick up your weekly shop by going though a virtual environment, and you might bump into someone you know! Built using Unity Android SDK for Meta Quest 2.
Stuck in a constant loop on a train that’s destined to not make it’s final stop. Talk to passengers on the train to find information out about them, and maybe uncover the mystery. Aim to change the future about learning their past. Created using Unreal Engine 5 and their Blueprints.
Made for Junior Developers’ week long Game Jam. With the theme being “Underwater”, a diving game was made. Was it good? No. Did I have fun and learn a load? Yes. Would I do it again? Yes, but better! Created using Unity and C#.
An unsuccessfully completed Game Jam submission where up to 9 players compete against each other in a touch typing battle royal game. The theme of the Jam was “Genre Mash”. Each player will have to fill up a progress bar and can use powerup to disadvantage the competitors. As the game goes on, the words will get progressively more difficult.
Made for Brackeys Game Jam 2022.1 week long jam. The theme was “This is not real” As Liminal Space and “the backrooms” were in my mind, a game where you’ve woken in an old school with a creature lurking… somewhere. Created using Unreal Engine 4 and their Blueprints.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.
